挤压式楔横轧小料头轧制的微观组织演变分析

Abstract:

For the remnants of cross wedge rolling technology were large at the present time, which lead to material utilization ratio decrease, an extruded cross wedge rolling technology was put forward to achieve small remnants rolling innovativly. First a dynamic recrystallization model of 42CrMo was set up in the DEFORM-3D finite software, then the dynamic recrystallization volume fraction of extruded cross wedge rolling and average austenitic grain size distribution were analyzed. At last, combining oil pump shaft experiment of extruded cross wedge rolling with metallographic analysis experiment, the feasibility of the extruded cross wedge rolling for small remnants rolling was verified. The study shows that material volume of the extruded cross wedge rolling decreases by about 75% and material utilization ratio can reach to 95%, at the same time the extruded cross wedge rolling can also refine grain and improve comprehensive mechanical properties.

摘要:

针对目前楔横轧技术料头较大,导致材料利用率低的问题,创新性地提出了挤压式楔横轧工艺以实现小料头轧制。通过在DEFORM-3D有限元软件中建立42CrMo钢的动态再结晶模型,模拟分析了挤压式楔横轧的动态再结晶体积分数及奥氏体平均晶粒尺寸大小的分布规律。最后结合挤压式楔横轧轧制油泵轴试验及金相分析试验,验证了挤压式楔横轧小料头轧制的可行性。研究表明,挤压式楔横轧产生的料头体积相较于传统楔横轧产生的料头体积减小了75%左右,其材料利用率可以提高到95%左右,同时该轧制方法还可以细化晶粒,提高金属综合力学性能。
