客户协同设计中基于QTF的产品创新方案生成研究

Abstract:

QFD,TRIZ and FDEA were integrated to construct the frame of the generating process of product innovation projects and the generating stages of product innovation projects in customer collaborative design were put forward.Then,aiming at the key points,the transform method of the multi-agent creativity based on Web ontology language for services,the solving method of innovation bottleneck based on TRIZ and the evolution method of innovation projects based on FDEA were proposed.Finally,the generating process of a certain refrigerator innovation projects certified  the feasibility and validity of the method.

摘要:

综合运用质量功能展开、TRIZ和模糊DEA方法构建了客户协同设计产品创新方案生成过程框架模型,并给出其具体步骤;然后对其中的关键环节分别提出基于Web服务本体描述语言并按照概念型、规则型和实例型进行统一转换的方法,基于TRIZ工具的产品创新瓶颈问题求解方法及基于模糊DEA的产品创新方案评估模型;最后,以某型号电冰箱的产品创新方案生成过程为例,验证了提出方法的可行性和有效性。
