Abstract:

On the basis of describing features,tabular layout of article characteristic,design with feature and
parametrization design,the paper proposed an idea of how to parameterize
components on general CAD systems.The technologies of building parametrization
parts library were put up,which was based on ‘fx' tool of
inventor.In the case of the part named by key,the feasibility was verified.The methodology of representing the assembly relation of the
components  and building parametrization component library were put up,which
was based on automatic assembly technology.A  related prototype  system was developed.The case of the methodology demonstrates the feasibility of the methodology.

摘要:

在论述特征、事物特征表、特征造型与参数化设计的相互关系的基础上,提出基于通用CAD系统的部件参数化设计思路。提出了基于fx的参数化零件库构建技术,以键为例说明了参数化零件库的构建方法。提出部件装配关系的表达方法,研究基于该方法的自动装配技术,在参数化零件库和自动装配技术的基础上提出了参数化部件库构建方法。最后以某轴系部件的参数化实例说明了该方法的可行性。
