旋风刀架性能测试系统研究

Abstract:

Fission hinged whirlwind tool holder is the key equipment of
heavy-duty NC crankshaft milling and turning combined machining center.The vibration performance of the work piece in the
cutting process and the precision of U-axis cutting feed were its key technical indicators.The objective of this paper was to finish the test of them by constructing a performance test system.The work piece's vibration performance was tested with Advantech USB-4711a data acquisition and
 KISTLER micro-accelerometer.The U-axis cutting feed precision was tested with
PIC16F877A mcu and HEIDENHAIN grating length-gauge.The test system software was developed using VC 6.0,and was responsible for controlling the data acquisition,receiving data and doing completing data processing.Finally,the testing experiments and data processing show the test scheme and the
test system validity and feasibility.

摘要:

分体开合式旋风刀架是数控重型曲轴铣车复合加工中心的关键部件,切削过程中工件的振动性能与U轴(刀座)精密进给精度是其关键技术指标。通过构建性能测试系统来完成上述两项指标的测试,采用研华USB-4711A数据采集器与KISTLER微型加速度计进行工件振动性能测试,采用PIC16F877
A单片机与HEIDENHAIN光栅长度计进行U轴进给精度测试。采用VC6.0开发测试软件控制数据的采集、传输。最后通过测试试验与数据处理,验证了测试方案与测试系统的正确性与可行性。
