数控车床位置精度检测与评定方法对比分析

Abstract:

In order to get the best measurement and evaluation methods of NC lathe, firstly, this paper introduced tools and methods in the measurement of position accuracy for NC lathe and analyzed several measuring methods. The commonly used at home and abroad four evaluation standards were detailed. Secondly, the position error values for NC lathe were measured by using laser interferometer.Finally, specific indicators of position accuracy——position accuracy, repeatable positioning accuracy, reverse difference,systematic deviation were calculated by using the four evaluation standard. The calculation results were analyzed and compared. This study clarifies various concrete situations when the four methods were applied to guide position accuracy measurement of production,checking for NC lathes.

摘要:

为了得到最佳的数控车床位置精度检测和评定方法,介绍了数控车床常用的位置精度测量工具和方法,对几种检测方法进行了对比分析,介绍了目前国内外常用的4种评定标准;利用激光干涉仪测量某重型数控车床位置精度值,利用上述4种评定标准对位置精度具体指标——定位精度、重复定位精度、反向差值和系统偏差进行计算,对计算结果进行了分析对比;明确了各种评定方法的具体运用情况,从而为数控车床的生产、验收和使用中的位置精度检测提供指导。
