Abstract:

From reality manufacturing level, a method of determining life distribution based on failure mechanism was studied deeply through analyzing failure mode and failure mechanism of piston-cylinder liner friction pair, and giving the failure criteria. Lognormal distribution and Weibull distribution both can be used to fit the life of piston and cylinder liner, further more, the best life distribution was selected according to likelihood ratio test, the statistical property of the friction pair working life was discussed, Maximum likelihood estimation of the piston and cylinder liner reliability was given. Confidence lower limit of reliability life and principles of developing best maintenance program were given considering the actual drilling conditions. Validation and feasibility of these methods were proved according to oil field data.

摘要:

从现实制造水平出发,通过分析活塞缸套摩擦副失效的主要表现形式,剖析其失效机理,给出失效判据,深入探讨了基于失效机理的寿命分布确定方法。在确定活塞和缸套寿命服从对数正态分布或Weibull分布的基础上,利用似然比检验选择活塞与缸套的最优寿命分布,进而讨论了其工作寿命的统计规律,给出了活塞和缸套可靠性测度的极大似然估计。在充分考虑钻井实际工况的背景下,给出了可靠寿命的置信下限和最佳维修方案的制订原则。根据油田的现场数据,验证了上述方法的可行性,从而为深入研究钻井泥浆泵的工作可靠性,保证钻井作业的顺利进行提供了技术支持。
