多足箝位式压电直线电机的研究

Abstract:

A new multi-foot clamping piezoelectric linear motor was proposed.It was based on an inchworm-type piezoelectric linear motor.The operating principles of the motor were introduced,and mechanical structure of  the motor was analyzed,the formula of output force was given.Experimental study of the motor has finished.This structure makes the motor run smoothly and reduces the requirements for machining precision and assembly.

摘要:

提出一种基于尺蠖式原理的多足箝位式压电直线电机。对电机的工作原理和机械结构进行介绍和分析,给出了该电机输出力的计算公式,并对电机进行了试验研究。该电机有效降低了该类驱动器的加工和装配的要求,增强了电机运行的稳定性。
