Kinematics Modeling and Analysis of Deformed Elliptic Geared Seven-bar Linkage Plant Setting Mechanism

变性椭圆齿轮—七杆式植苗机构运动学建模与分析

Abstract:

In order to solve the existing problems of a plant setting mechanism of the riding two lines semi-automatic vegetables transplanting machine from Iseki company,the deformed elliptic geared seven-bar linkage plant setting mechanism was proposed.And then the kinematics model was established,so the displacement,velocity and acceleration equations of planting mouth were deduced.Based on these work,kinematics analysis and optimization software of this mechanism were compiled,and then the affects of several key parameters on the operating performance of this mechanism were analyzed by using the software.These parameters included the ratio of short axis and long axis of elliptic gear,the deformation coefficient of elliptic gear and the initial installation angle of elliptic gear.The operating performance included the track stance of the planting mouth,the hole size,the return trajectory and the speed when catching the seedling.On the basis of the analysis results,using the software an optimum set of mechanism parameters of this mechanism was obtained,whose plant mouth's performance is better than that of  the Iseki company's,and meets the agronomic requirements of vegetables transplanting better.

摘要:

针对井关公司的乘坐式2行半自动蔬菜移栽机植苗机构存在的问题,提出了蔬菜移栽机变性椭圆齿轮—七杆式植苗机构,建立了该机构的运动学模型,推导了其栽植嘴的位移、速度和加速度方程。在此基础上编写了该植苗机构的运动学分析与优化软件,并利用该软件分析了几个主要参数对该机构作业性能的影响,这些主要参数包括椭圆齿轮短长轴之比、椭圆齿轮变性系数和椭圆齿轮初始安装角,作业性能包括植苗时栽植嘴的姿态、穴口形状、回程轨迹、接苗时的速度等。利用该软件求得该机构一组较优的参数,其栽植嘴的作业性能比井关公司的乘坐式2行半自动蔬菜移栽机植苗机构更理想,并且更好地满足了蔬菜移栽的农艺要求。
