联合收割机脱粒滚筒的双闭环负荷控制

Abstract:

In order to improve the control performance of a combine harvester, and ensure the harvester system work in a reasonable load range, the threshing cylinder load torque was used to indicate threshing cylinder load.Two independent regulators of roller palstance and roller torque were used in double closed-loop control. In view of the delay of conveyor belt, the modification that the conveyor belt was powered by walking system of the combine was put forward. Then the conveyor belt was a proportional element. The relation between threshing cylinder load and feed rate was analyzed. And a dynamic model of threshing cylinder was built. Based on that, fuzzy PID double closed-loop control system of the threshing cylinder load was set up and simulated in MATLAB. The simulation results prove the effectiveness and practicability of the control system. 

摘要:

为提高联合收割机系统的控制性能,保证收割机系统始终工作在合理的负荷范围内,提出一种采用脱粒滚筒的负载转矩来反映滚筒负荷的设计思想,并采用一种双闭环负荷控制系统,分别利用滚筒转速闭环和滚筒转矩闭环对脱粒滚筒进行控制;针对割台后传送带存在的时滞问题,提出传动系统中传送带的动力由联合收割机行走机构传递,使得传送带这一延迟环节近似为增益为1的比例环节;分析了脱粒滚筒负荷与喂入量的关系,建立了脱粒滚筒负荷系统模型。在此基础上建立了脱粒滚筒模糊PID双闭环负荷控制系统。仿真结果表明,该控制系统有效可行。
