土压平衡盾构机行星减速器热平衡分析

Abstract:

Heat balance analysis of planetary gear train has great influence on the reliabity of EPBM and the operation of the planetary gear train. Without regard to the effects on the heat transfer properties of the internal temperature difference, the nodes substitute for all of the parts. The thermal resistances were employed to simulate the coupling among the parts, and the thermal network model (TNM) of the PGT was constructed by integrating the nodes. With the TNM, the thermal balance of the PGT of the
EPBM was studied and the thermal equilibrium states were discussed. Based on the simulation results, it is shown that the meshing number has important influence on the temperature rise.  The temperature rises of lubrication oil were tested and comparised them with the simulations.It is shown that the test results are good agreement with the numerical results. The results have elaborated that the thermal balance model can be avialable to estimate the temperature rise of PGT.

摘要:

土压平衡盾构行星减速器热平衡分析对保证行星减速器的正常运行和盾构机的运行可靠性具有重要意义。忽略各构件内部温差对传热性能的影响,将传动系统各构件转换为节点,综合考虑各构件间的耦合关系,在对热传递过程中的热阻进行研究的基础上,基于热网格法建立行星传动系统的热平衡数学模型,并对土压平衡盾构机行星减速器的热平衡过程进行计算。结果表明,齿轮啮合次数对齿轮温升具有重要影响。将仿真结果与测试结果进行对比,结果验证了基于热网格法的行星减速器热平衡模型的正确性。
