Abstract:

A new vertical direct drive volume control electro-hydraulic servo system used on crane arm and its unique energy-saving superiority in driving vertical load system were introduced.The system used twin pump to control non-asymmetric cylinder,made non-symmetrical cylinder behave the motion characteristics of symmetric cylinder,overcome some shortcomings of non-symmetrical cylinder.Related simulation and experiments were done to verify this conclusion.

摘要:

介绍了一种应用于轮式起重机臂的直驱式容积控制系统,分析了在驱动竖直负载情况下该系统独特的节能优势。该系统通过使用双联泵控制非对称缸,使得非对称缸表现出对称缸的运动特性,克服了非对称缸的一些不足之处,并通过仿真和实验对所得结论进行了验证。
