基于时间序列电流偏差因子的电源-电弧系统稳定性研究

Abstract:

Based on differential theory and considering the full load conditions from the external circuit on the course of dynamic welding,the research object was regarded as WPASS.Some models about the WPASS were found,they can obtain the analytic expression of system stability coefficient,and a qualitative analysis of WPASS' conditions,including its basic and optimal conditions.On the basis of these, by the method of  relative conversion of current deviation,a DTFCD was obtained by analytical equation.Then,it was used to quantify stability of the system by the way of decaying time of deviation.Testing results based on experimental analysis of voltage and current waveforms,are the same to quantify WPASS based on DTFCD.

摘要:

运用偏微分近似理论,在考虑焊接外电路动态全负载情况下,对电源-电弧系统稳定性进行了模型刻画,得出系统稳定系数的数学解析式,依此定性并量化分析了系统稳定性的基本条件和最优条件。在此基础上,采用电流偏差相对转换方法,获得了动态电流偏差因子的时间序列解析表达式,进而通过偏差衰减时间方式来量化分析系统的稳定性。实验的电压与电流波形分析结果与动态电流偏差因子量化结果一致。
