Abstract:

The ball screw grinding chatter influences seriously to improve the workpiece surface quality and production efficiency.Based on a lot of experimental studies,the paper analyzed and tested the relationship
among workpiece chatter marks and monitoring signals.Then,the information rate was used to monitor grinding chatter phenomenon as variable parameters of acoustic emission signals and acceleration signals.At last,the setted threshold was applied to identificate the ball screw grinding chatter phenomenon automatically,and its validity and feasibility were proved.

摘要:

在实验研究的基础上,分析测试了滚珠丝杠磨削中工件颤振振纹与监测信号之间的关系,提出了把信息论中的信息率作为声发射信号和加速度信号的参数变量对滚珠丝杠磨削颤振进行监测的方法。最后,通过设定信息率阈值实现自动判别磨削颤振,实验结果证明了该方法的有效性和实用性。
