Research on Product Robust Design Model Based on Quality Structure

基于质量结构框架的产品稳健设计模型研究

Abstract:

Parts as basic elements of a product,constituted a whole as a result of their hierarchies and cross-relationships.Nevertheless,classical thrice design was just based on simple quality structure and designed single parts only,ignoring hierarchies and cross-relationships.For this reason,we proposed a new top-down model based on quality structure for product robust design.On the basis of customer's demands for product quality,the framework of product quality structure according to relationships of its function structure(chart) was established.Then we considered the chart as the design path and decomposed quality objective top-down,making each part having its own objectives.Next we carried on parameter design and tolerance design on the basis of quality indexes of each part.At the same time,hierarchies and their cross-relationships of quality factors should be considered.Finally,a case was used to prove the feasibility and effectiveness of new model and algorithm.

摘要:

经典的三次设计方法基于产品的简单质量结构假设对零部件进行单个独立设计,对零件间的层次与交叉关系进行了不恰当忽略。针对三次设计的这一缺陷,提出了一种新的基于质量结构框架的自上而下的产品稳健设计模型。从顾客对产品的质量需求出发,依据产品的功能结构关系建立产品质量结构框架(图);把产品质量结构框架(图)作为设计路线,自上而下进行产品的质量目标分解,将产品总体质量目标分解到各组成零件;分别依据产品各零件的质量指标进行参数和容差设计,且注重解决质量因素间的层次性与交叉性的影响问题。应用案例验证了这一新的设计方法、模型与算法的可行性和有效性。
