盾构机关键部件快速设计技术研究

Abstract:

A rapid virtual design system for key parts of TBM was developed.Based on the experience of design and construction for TBM and the correlative experimental data,an expert database was constructed.Firstly,more than two virtual prototypes were built by interactive design in real time.Secondly,the key parts and assembly were optimized by FEA.Through this method,human experience factor is decreased.The TBM development time is saved more than 30%.

摘要:

提出了盾构机关键零部件的一种快速设计方法。首先创建一个互动的设计环境,结合盾构设计和施工的经验,以及相关的实验数据,快速建立两种及以上刀盘及驱动装置虚拟样机模型。然后对不同结构的零部件及整机进行仿真分析并比较,从而得到合理的结构。最后通过虚拟操控,检查各运动部件的干涉情况并进行改进。快速设计的使用降低了技术人员经验造成的影响,提高了刀盘及其驱动的设计效率和设计质量,产品开发周期缩短了30%以上。
