Extension Configuration Model of Product Scheme Design Based on Axiomatic Design

基于公理化设计的产品方案设计可拓配置模型

Abstract:

Due to the complicated, multi-hierarchy, multi-attribute and creative process of a mechanism scheme design configuration, an extension configuration model of the mechanism scheme design was proposed based on axiomatic design and the extension theory. By reusing the design cases, the axiomatic design frame of complex mechanism scheme design was developed. In the developed axiomatic design frame, the design object could be processed with extension transformation, extension data mining and dependent function foundation. Based on these, the volatilization extension design method and the implication extension design method were put forward. And then, the extension configuration model and the corresponding algorithm were presented. Finally, an example was provided to the examine the model and algorithm.

摘要:

针对具有多层次、多属性、创造性的产品方案设计配置,提出了一种基于公理化设计和可拓理论的复杂产品方案设计可拓配置模型。该模型通过设计实例建立复杂产品方案设计的公理化设计框架,从而对设计对象进行可拓变换、可拓数据挖掘并建立关联函数,提出了产品方案发散式可拓设计方法与蕴含式可拓设计方法,给出了产品方案设计可拓配置模型与算法实现过程。最后,通过实例对模型的有效性和可操作性进行了验证。
