平面包络凸环面蜗杆齿形研究

Abstract:

Aiming at a new type of planar enveloping crown worm,a mathematical model of the teeth surface was established based on the theory of gear mesh;
the tooth profile was analyzed,namely to study the laws of the parameters on tooth undercut and sharpened middle tooth.A method was presented to equalize the grinding allowance.A sample work piece was manufactured by the NC toroidal worm machine with the
theory of fictitious center distance,and the profile accuracy was tested by coordinate measurement.The validity and feasibility of the optimized method were proved by case
studies,and the sample work piece gains 8 grade profile accuracy.The studies solve the
crucial issues on design,manufacture and test of the planar enveloping crown worm.

摘要:


针对一种新型平面包络凸环面蜗杆,应用啮合原理建立了齿面数学模型,对其进行齿形分析,研究母平面倾角等参数对齿面根切及中齿变尖的影响规律。提出了一种均化磨削余量的粗加工方法,运用虚拟中心距原理试制出平面包络凸环面蜗杆样件。基于蜗杆齿面离散点坐标值对平面包络凸环面蜗杆进行了齿形加工精度检测。结果表明:齿面磨削余量优化方法正确、可行、有效,样件齿形达8级加工精度,解决了平面包络凸环面蜗杆在设计、制造及检测中的关键问题。
