Abstract:

Utilizing rigid-beam element to simulate the structure of bolted connection cannot calculate the local stress of bolted connection. Therefore, an elastic contact based bolted model (GAP element was introduce to define the elastic contact and friction condition of bolted components) was proposed according to the structure and characteristic of bolted connection. Finally, a test was designed to verify the validity of the proposed method.

摘要:

采用刚性梁单元模拟螺栓连接结构来进行有限元分析不能准确计算螺栓连接区域的应力。根据真实螺栓连接结构的特点和连接原理,提出了基于弹性接触的螺栓连接模型,该模型引入GAP单元定义了被连接件之间的弹性接触与摩擦条件,并用实验验证了该方法的有效性。
