Service-oriented Unified Manufacturing Resource Modeling Based on Meta-model

Abstract

Abstract:

In order to solve the manufacturing resource integration problems of multi-application system in the networked environment,a service-oriented manufacturing resource was constructed based on meta-model.Context meta-class was introduced in the meta-model which was abstracted form basic data,business process and application extension.An information model was impressed based on meta-concept,meta-attribution and meta-relation.Then the mechanism of expanding meta-model was analyzed and the unified manufacturing resource information framework was presented.Furthermore,it is found an extensible,integrated and service-oriented digital manufacturing resource management platform is built by related information technology of service-oriented. 

摘要：

为了解决网络化环境下多应用系统中制造资源集成的问题,提出了一种面向服务的基于元模型的制造资源模型。该模型从基础数据、
业务过程、应用扩展三个方面对制造资源进行抽象,并引入情境元类,从元概念、元属性、元关系三个方面对制造资源信息模型进行表达。分析了元模型的扩展机制,给出了统一制造资源信息框架,并利用面向服务的相关信息技术,建立了一个可扩展、可集成的面向服务的数字化制造资源管理平台。
