Abstract:

Based on the dynamic characteristics of closed-loop supply chain logistics, this paper studied the effects of reused components on product quality from aspects of product reliability and product time-utility value. Then a model was built, which described the endogenous dynamic mechanism of product quality in closed-loop supply chains, and further studied the product effectiveness under different supply chain strategies. These provide effective analytical methods for the product analysis and management in closed-loop supply chains. 

摘要:

通过分析闭环供应链系统的产品内在逻辑关联特征,从产品可靠性和时效性两方面揭示了老产品及其零部件的再利用与再制造对新产品质量的影响,并构建了闭环供应链系统中产品质量的系统演变模型。在此基础上,引入不同的闭环供应链策略,深入分析再制造策略对最终产品质量的影响。为产品质量分析提供了新的方法,也为闭环供应链系统的策略分析与管理提供了定量分析依据。
