Abstract:

In order to achieve the seamless connection between upper management layer and process automatic control from bottom layer as well as the integration of RFID technology and MES,a management and control integrative system was designed to meet the requirements of water-based painting herein, which aimed at the characteristics of multiple variety and small batch during agricultural coating manufacturing process. The application of coating line of large agricultural wheel chassis indicates that the system realizes the integration of total productive management(TPM) and intelligent automatic control, and improves the coating paint rate. Morever, the results show that uniform film thickness is achieved as well as increasing coating thickness and reducing paint used. All of these improves the efficiency and production management decision-making capacity significantly for water-based painting of coating line of the agricultural machinery chassis.

摘要:

为实现上层管理层与底层过程自动控制层的有机无缝连接,将RFID技术融合于MES系统,针对农机涂装制造过程多品种、小批量的特点,设计了满足水性漆涂装要求的管控一体化系统。农机大轮拖底盘涂装线生产实际应用表明,该系统实现了全面生产管理(TPM)与智能自动控制的一体化,涂装上漆率提高,漆膜厚度均匀一致,涂层厚度增加,单车用漆减少,显著提高了农机底盘涂装线水性漆喷涂效率和生产管理决策能力。
