一种新型齿轮的数学模型及有限元分析

Abstract:

A new tooth profile gear, “S” tooth profile gear, was proposed herein. The mathematical models, including the equation of tooth profile curve and equation of tooth surface, were established based on kinematical method of meshing theory. A finite element model was established and the finite element analysis in the condition of contact was finished by UnigraphicsNX, Hypermesh and ANSYS software. The results illustrate that “S” tooth profile gear have the advantages of bearing of greater loading force, etc.

摘要:

提出了一种具有新型齿廓的“S”形齿轮。利用齿轮啮合原理,建立了“S”形齿轮的数学模型,包括“S”形齿轮的齿廓曲线方程和齿面方程,利用UnigraphicsNX、Hypermesh和ANSYS建模及有限元分析软件精确建立了“S”形齿轮的单齿啮合有限元模型,并对其进行了接触有限元分析。分析结果表明,“S”形齿轮具有传动精度高、承载能力大等优点。
