基于田口鲁棒设计的乘员约束系统性能优化

摘要:

利用MADYMO软件建立了某微型客车驾驶员侧正碰约束系统的分析模型,并验证了其正确性;将试验设计和稳健性理论及田口鲁棒设计方法相结合,构造了乘员约束系统的稳健性优化设计方法;与仅采用试验设计得出的确定性优化结果相比较,采用该方法既实现了对设计目标的优化,同时也大幅度提高了设计变量的可靠性和目标函数的稳健性。
