Abstract:

The failure data of NC rotary table were analyzed statistically and it is found that the leak of hydraulic system and components damage caused by cutting fluid infiltrated through shield are the main failure models affected reliability of NC rotary
table seriously.Reliability enhancement testing plan was proposed based on the analysis of the failure mechanism. Several kinds of environmental stresses were adopted in testing profile in order to stimulate the failure of NC rotary table.The measures to enhance the reliability were suggested.The testing results demonstrate the testing profile is reasonable and the testing plan can achieve the purpose of reliability of enhancement testing.

摘要:

通过分析加工中心数控转台的故障数据,找出影响其可靠性的主要故障模式,发现数控转台的主要故障是液压系统的泄漏和罩壳密封不严使切削液渗漏进转台内部而导致的零部件损坏。以此为基础设计出可靠性强化试验方案,采用多种应力共同组成综合应力试验剖面,使得在较短时间内激发出数控转台的故障,同时通过改进措施来提高数控转台的可靠性。试验结果表明,综合应力剖面选取正确,能够达到可靠性强化试验的目的。
