连续柔性成形过程控制及CAD软件开发

Abstract:

A control method was presented about the process of continuous flexible forming.Firstly,the target surface was discretized to triangular mesh and extracted a series of equidistant lines from it.Computing the coordinate values of the control points,a lateral control model in the forming process was established based on the cubic B-spline curves.For the part of ideal elastoplastic material,the relationship between the longitudinal curvature of target surface and the downward displacement of top flexible roll was
established.Using these mathematical descriptions,the software development and the
simulation of continuous flexible forming process were finished from the view of geometry.

摘要:

提出了连续柔性成形过程的控制方法。首先将目标曲面离散成三角形网格并从中截取出一系列的等距线,计算出等距线上控制点的坐标值。然后利用三次B样条曲线建立了连续柔性成形过程中的横向控制模型。对于理想弹塑性材料的成形件,建立了目标曲面纵向的曲率半径与上柔性辊下压量之间的数学模型。最后利用该数学描述从几何上完成了连续柔性成形CAD软件的开发并给出了应用实例。
