基于Quest的铁路货车装配过程仿真技术研究

Abstract:

Problems such as unbalanced working status, inconvenient in adjusting and acquiring parameters, were encountered when using flexible equipment in rolling stock assembly. To solve these difficulties, simulation tool Quest and Quest-based secondary developing were used to simulate rolling stock chassis assembly procedure.
By defining a simulation model with collision detection function, the simulation
reaches the goal that obtaining, coordinating the parameters to support enhance assembly
efficiency, and the technology worked well in practice.

摘要:

针对柔性工装应用于铁路货车装配时产生的工装参数调节繁琐、获取困难、装配线工况不均等问题,运用生产线仿真工具Quest以及其二次开发功能实现了铁路货车车体底架的装配过程仿真。通过建立仿真装配模型,实现了仿真环境下的装配干涉检测,达到快速获取、协调柔性工装参数的目的,为提高装配线效率提供了数据支持,在实际应用中效果良好。
