Abstract:

The method and model of product planning were studied based
on the theory of design domains herein.The method was started from the
customers’ requirements for the product quality and developed upon a benchmarking product which was selected according to the product positioning. It was explored based on quantifying the cascading mappings among four design domains’ representative parameters, i.e. customers’ requirements, functional requirements, design parameters and process variables. By integrating the analysis results,a goal programming model was set up to achieve the design solution which involves customer’s satisfaction,production cost and investment. By way of illustration, a medium sedan was designed and its results demonstrate the effectiveness and practical value of the method.

研究了面向设计域的产品规划方法和模型。以客户对产品品质的需求为基本出发点,以符合企业新产品市场定位思想的设计基准为依托,通过系统化地探索表征设计域的客户需求、功能性要求、结构设计参数以及过程参数之间的内在关系,建立了以客户对产品品质需求的满意度、生产成本、企业投入为目标的产品多目标规划模型,最后通过实例分析验证了该方法的有效性。
