电磁耦合无级变速器温度场分析与冷却方法研究

Abstract:

The basic structure and working principles of an EMCVT were introduced.To solve the temperature rise problem of EMCVT, a cooling method named soak-splash was presented. The mathematical model of 2D steady thermal field was established. The stator and rotor thermal field was calculated using finite element method. Simulation results show that the designed cooling system is feasible, which provides some references for EMCVT practical applications.

介绍了电磁耦合无级变速器(EMCVT)的基本结构和工作原理。为解决EMCVT工作时温升较大的问题,提出了浸泡飞溅冷却的方法。根据传热学理论建立了二维稳态温度场的计算数学模型;利用有限元法求得了电机定转子的温度场分布。仿真结果表明,所设计的冷却系统可行,可为EMCVT的技术成果应用提供参考依据。
