步进电机速度饱和非线性特性分析

Abstract:

The velocity saturation nonlinear characteristics of stepper motor tracking control with the describing function method was studied herein. Research results
show that, along with the rotation excitation field amplitude or frequency of the
stepper motor increases, stepper motor output will gradually appear distortion
component; when the product of excitation magnetic field amplitude and frequency is greater than a certain value, stepper motor output appears complete distortion. If distortion degree is
bigger,the stepper motor output nonlinearity is stronger and frequency characteristics
are worse.Step motor digital servo valve velocity saturation nonlinearity simulation
proves the effectiveness of the analyses.

摘要:

用描述函数法分析了步进电机跟踪控制的速度饱和非线性特性,研究表明:随着步进电机旋转激励磁场的幅值或频率的增大,电机输出将逐渐出现部分失真;当激励磁场的幅值与频率的乘积大于某个特定值时,输出表现为完全失真;失真程度越大,步进电机输出非线性越强,频率特性越差。步进电机数字伺服阀速度饱和非线性的仿真验证了分析的有效性。
