轴承套圈内圆在线电解修整磨削试验

Abstract:

A novel internal cylindrical ELID grinding method was proposed,which used a conduction work piece as the cathode directly, and cast-iron-bond CBN wheels as the anode. In the grinding process, the work piece electrode dressed the wheel to maintain the grinding process as same as traditional ELID grinding, and the stability of grinding process was ensured.Surface roughness value Ra0.03μm can be obtained by using W10 wheel.

摘要:

提出了一种新的在线电解修整磨削轴承内圈的方法。该方法直接将导电的金属工件做为电解阴极,将铸铁基CBN砂轮作为阳极,在磨削过程中利用工件电极对砂轮进行修锐,维持了与传统在线电解修整磨削相同的磨削过程,保证了磨削过程的稳定进行。使用W10的砂轮可获得表面粗糙度Ra为0.03μm的加工表面。
