Abstract:

A software-hardware reconfigurable platform of CNC system was proposed.Then the reconfiguration strategy of hardware system was given and a guided software-reconfiguration development platform was designed. Through analyzing the functions of CNC system,the system reconfiguration was divided into kernel-function reconfiguration, task-function reconfiguration and auxiliary-function reconfiguration. On the basis of that, the interaction and co-design of hardware reconfiguration, software reconfiguration and modular reconfiguration was discussed.

提出了一个软硬件可重构的数控系统平台方案,给出了硬件系统的重构策略,并设计了一个引导型软件重构开发平台。通过对数控系统的功能分析,将重构分为核心功能重构、工作功能重构和辅助功能重构,并以此研究了数控系统硬件重构、软件重构和模块重构的关系和协同设计问题。
