Solving for Vibration Problem of Grinding Block Holder of Polishing Machine Grinding Head and Experiments

抛光机磨头磨块座振动问题求解及实验

Abstract:

In order to investigate the influences of vibration frequencies of grinding block holder on tile fragmentation and grinding efficiency,combined with a given example of prevalent applied large size swing-style tile polishing grinding block holder,the holder of polishing grinding block was simplified as a cantilever beam.Natural frequency of transverse vibration of the grinding block holder was obtained, according to the finite difference equations of grinding block holder.K was revised by extrapolation method. By sample analysis, natural frequency of transverse vibration of the grinding block holder is 5.68Hz. It will produce resonance when the spindle frequency and grinding block holder frequency of the step come closer, the resonance is the main reason of tile fragmentation. The results were verified through experiments. The spindle frequency can be controlled within 8.7Hz range. As a result, high grinding efficiency, low tile fragmentation can be achieved.

摘要:

为了研究磨块座的振动频率对瓷砖碎裂和磨削效率的影响,以摆动式抛光磨头磨块座为研究对象,将其简化为悬臂梁模型。利用有限差分方程得出磨块座的横向自由振动频率,并通过李却德孙外推法修正K值。通过实例计算得出磨块座的自由振动频率为5.68Hz。通过实验得出主轴频率与磨块座频率共振是碎砖的主因。主轴频率控制在8.7Hz可以保证高磨削效率和低碎砖率。
