基于多Agent的整理车间业务管理与决策系统建模

Abstract:

To solve the backward status of finishing workshop in the textile factory, which included inefficiency of the management work, the complexity of the business process, and the isolation of the business data, as well as the management functions of the original DOS system cannot meet the management requirements, through using multi-agent technology, the existed production management model was optimized, and a multi-agent business management structure model was proposed. Then, a flexible, dynamic, efficient collaboration management platform was formed, which was for production management and decision analysis. Meanwhile, the core management functions, working principle and message communication flow of multi-agent were introduced, and a multi-agent business management system was developed for finishing workshop. As proved in practice, multi-agent operational management model has enhanced the interactivity both the user and the system, met the management requirements of the intelligent decision-making, the personalized service and others, furthermore, the business management system based on multi-agent has achieved the heterogeneous integration of business data, and promoted the information development of production management of the textile enterprises.

摘要:

针对纺织整理车间工作效率低下、业务流程复杂、业务数据孤立,以及原有DOS系统不能满足管理需求的现状,借助多Agent技术,对现有车间的业务数据流程进行了优化,提出了一种基于多Agent的业务管理结构模型,构建了一个柔性、动态、高效的生产管理和决策分析的协作管理平台;介绍了多个体Agent的主要功能、相互间的工作原理和消息通信流程,并开发了相应的业务管理系统。实际应用表明,多Agent的业务管理模式提高了用户与系统的交互性,满足了车间在业务管理方面智能化决策、个性化服务等的实际需求,而且业务管理系统实现了企业生产数据资源的整合,促进了纺织企业生产管理信息化的快速发展。
