Abstract:

In order to ensure the complete work breakdown,a decomposition method of WBS for complex products was presented. The PBS was the source of WBS in the decomposition of work. By the analysis of mapping type, definition of mapping model, preparation of mapping matrix and establishment of mapping rules, the data transform from PBS to WBS was completed. Based on this method, it is rapid to construct the WBS view and effectively to ensure the accurate conversion from PBS to WBS. And a prototype system was developed. Finally, an application example of the work decomposition of launch vehicle was provided to validate the correctness and feasibility of this method.

摘要:

为保证复杂产品研制工作分解的全面和彻底,提出了基于产品分解结构(PBS)的复杂产品研制工作分解技术。在适合复杂产品研制工作分解的PBS模型、工作分解结构(WBS)模型和WBS元模型的基础上,通过对PBS-WBS映射类型的分析、映射模型的定义、映射矩阵的编制和映射规则的建立,按层次分阶段逐级完成了从PBS到WBS的映射,实现了WBS的快速构建,从而以统一规范的方法保证了复杂产品全生命周期技术视图向管理视图高效且准确的转换。在此基础上开发了原型系统,以运载火箭为应用对象对系统进行了验证。
