砌块成形机液压振动信号的AR双谱分析

Abstract:

To find out a new type of hydraulic vibration, the differential
cylinders were used to drive the vibration of the platform in the block forming machine.The signals of displacement in vibration process during the test were collected and the time series AR model of bispectrum was built. It turns out that,in different working conditions,
the bispectrum amplitude and the comparison of autocorrelation power spectrum and reconstruction power spectrum are applied to obtain the information of the signal's
non-Gaussian,nonlinear characteristics which are very important for us to select the optimum working parameters of the vibration system.

摘要:

采用一种新型的液压振动方式,即用差动液压缸的上下运动来实现砌块成形机工作台的振动。通过采集振动过程中的位移信号,建立了时间序列的自回归AR双谱模型。通过对双谱幅值的分析及自相关功率谱与重构功率谱的比较,可以获得信号的非高斯、非线性频率特性信息,该特性信息对筛选振动系统最优运行参数有重要的指导意义。
