In order to confirm the technologic parameters on the outside blasting of tubing, a numerical simulation of solid-gas two-phase flow was performed under different operating conditions.A discrete particle model following the Eulerian-Lagrangian method was applied to the simulation. The Spalart-Allmaras turbulence model was applied to simulate the continuous phase flow field. The gas flow field characteristics were obtained. The particle-trajectory model was applied to compute the particle phase flow field. Then, the solid phase was injected in the gas flow field. The load cases of the particles can be calculated, the trajectory and velocity field of the particles will be obtained. The results show that, the velocity that the particle sprays on the tubing wall is biggest when the spray distance is 100mm and the particle diameter is between 0.5mm to 1.0mm. The whole outside wall of tubing can be sprayed under such condition, and thus the blasting performance may be the best. 

为了确定油管外表面气动喷砂的工艺参数, 采用遵循欧拉-拉格朗日方法的离散相颗粒模型,对不同工况条件下的气固两相流场进行数值模拟。首先采用S-A湍流模型对连续相流场进行数值模拟,得到了气相流场的特性;再采用颗粒轨道模型对固体颗粒相流场进行计算;最后,在仿真计算过的气相流场中加入固体颗粒相,求解颗粒的受力情况,得出颗粒轨迹和速度。结果表明：当喷射距离在100mm、粒子直径在0.5～1.0mm之间时,粒子喷射到油管外壁的速度最大,并且能够覆盖外壁全表面,喷砂效果最佳。
