约束驱动的产品形态概念设计智能优化模型研究

Abstract:

An intelligent optimization method and model in connection with constraint-driven product conceptual design was developed to make the design evolution and optimization phase more objective and scientific. Firstly, the paper analyzed the constraints of product conceptual design and the principles of constraint-driven. Then, the framework of a constraint-driven product conceptual design intelligent optimization model was established. And the paper studied the algorithm mechanism and the supporting technologies on this basis. Finally, the optimization process of a kind of airport main fire engine was employed to demonstrate and test the method.

摘要:

为了增强产品概念设计推敲和优化阶段的客观性和科学性,提高产品概念设计的效率,提出了产品概念设计约束驱动智能优化方法和模型。该方法首先分析了产品概念设计约束的特点和约束驱动的原理,建立了约束驱动的概念设计优化法模型框架,并在此基础上研究了其算法机制和相关支持技术,最后利用某款机场主力消防车概念设计的优化过程,对该方法进行了说明和验证。
