Abstract:

To deal with requirements in current product-development and limitations of project management and workflow,this paper proposed a hierarchical process model with a project breakdown structure and multi-level workflow space as a core.This solution monitored and tracked the product-development in all levels, and strengthened the practicability of the project management and workflow in PDM.It has been successfully applied in enterprises.

摘要:

根据制造企业在产品开发管理中存在的问题和需求,以及现有项目管理和工作流存在的局限性,提出了一种以项目分解结构树和多级工作流空间为核心的层次化过程模型,实现了对产品开发中各个层次的全方位监控和追踪,增强了项目管理和工作流管理在产品数据管理中的实用性。该模型在企业中得到了成功的应用。
