数控机床高性能传动部件控制技术的研究进展

Abstract:

Numerical control work tables and tool servos are the key transmission components of advanced NC machines. Current status of research on the modeling and control of NC work tables and tool servos were reviewed herein, which included dynamic behavior analysis method and control design method of ball-screw driven servomechanism, advanced controller design techniques for direct drive, novel techniques in coarse/fine dual stage drive and transmission design and intelligent tool servos design. For each field, the development history was reviewed, main contributions were surveyed, basic design principles were summarized, and the problems which required further investigation were discussed, respectively. 

摘要:

介绍了高档数控机床工作台、刀具伺服等关键传动部件控制技术的研究进展,主要包括滚珠丝杠的工作行为建模与控制方法、电机直接驱动关键技术、宏微结合驱动与传动新技术以及智能刀具伺服技术等内容。针对以上典型传动控制技术,分别回顾了其发展历程,总结了近年来的主要研究成果,归纳出各自的基本设计思想,讨论了四种传动控制技术的发展趋势以及研究中尚待解决的问题。
