基于小波包分析的隔膜泵故障状态混沌特性研究

Abstract:

The chaos characteristics of the reciprocating membrane pump’s typical faults were studied with wavelet packet technology. The largest Lyapunov exponents of different status were calculated. A new parameter, the relative growth rate of the largest Lyapunove exponent, was set up.The results show that,the system has different largest Lyapunov exponents when wearing places are different.Wearing faults’ characteristic frequency bands are high frequency ones, while the pressure’s are low and middle frequency ones. 

针对往复式活塞隔膜泵的不同典型故障,将小波包重构技术和混沌理论相结合,分别计算了不同状况时系统的最大Lyapunov指数,定义了最大Lyapunov指数增长率并将其作为特征参数。研究结果表明:动力端不同磨损处的最大Lyapunov指数处于不同的数量级;隔膜泵磨损故障的特征频带是高频段,而压力波动的特征频段是中低频段。
