Research on Temperature Calculation and Cooling System of a High-speed Magnetic Levitation Motor

高速磁悬浮电机的发热与冷却研究

Abstract:

For high-speed magnetic levitation motor heating problem,it was established by finite element method of the motor stator heating model,which analyzed the material loss on the impact of motor stator core.Considering the friction of the rotor surface,the wind friction loss of the rotor was calculated.The harmonic currents caused by the rotor eddy current loss in high-speed magnetic levitation motor in the rotor will cause the problem of high temperature rise.The establishment of electromagnetic field equations for solving eddy current loss of rotor was obtained by analysis of the electromagnetic field equations.For the problem of rotor eddy current loss,a harmonic impedance device was used to reduce eddy current loss,which is an effective way to reduce the temperature.The results show that the impedance device can reduce motor harmonic currents and reduce the temperature effectively.

摘要:

针对高速磁悬浮电机发热严重的问题,采用有限元方法建立了电机定子发热模型,并且分析了材料对电机铁心损耗的影响。考虑转子表面的摩擦,计算出电机转子风摩擦损耗。针对谐波电流引起的转子涡流损耗在高速磁悬浮电机中会引起转子很高的温升的问题,研究了一种计算高速磁悬浮电机转子涡流损耗的解析计算方法。针对转子涡流损耗的问题,采用了一种加感抗器减小谐波涡流损耗从而降低温度的有效方法。实验结果表明,加感抗器能有效减小谐波电流、降低电机温度。
