Design of Constant-force-elastic Mechanism

Abstract

Abstract:

The paper put forward a kind of mechanism which can output constant-force.The principal of the mechanism was that by designing the profile of the parts, the directions of normals in contact points can be controlled,which made the function relationship between the displacement and the direction of force passed via parts desirable,thus the function relationship between the displacement and the force output met the demands.Further, through an example and the related experiments,the mechanism and the design method were proved to be feasible and effective.

摘要：

设计了一种能输出恒力的机构,该机构设计原理是：通过设计传力构件廓形,控制构件接触点法向,使机构内部力的传递方向与位移之间呈一定的函数关系,从而达到机构的输出力与位移之间呈所需函数关系的目的。最后通过设计实例和实验,证明了所提出机构原理和设计方法有效可行。
