微细切削刀具及其相关技术研究进展

Abstract:

Micro cutting tool is the key and fundamental technology of micro cutting which is an effective micro machining technology for micro structure made of multi-materials such as metal, alloy, composite material, ceramic, glass and silicon.The state-of-the-art of micro cutting tool were reviewed herein. Design and manufacture technology of micro cutting tool were analyzed from the view point of advanced cutting tool material, design philosophy, fabrication method and coating.Furthermore, related technologies such as
adjustment, deflection compensation, tool condition monitoring, tool path optimization as well as characteristics, mechanism and estimation of wear and breakage of micro cutting tool were introduced.

摘要:

微细切削是实现金属、合金、复合材料、陶瓷、玻璃、硅等多种工程材料微小型结构件微细加工的有效技术途径,微细切削刀具的设计与制造是其中的基础性关键技术。结合国内外关于微细切削及其刀具的研究进展,从刀具材料、刀具设计思想、刀具精确成形方法、表面涂层处理等方面分析了微细切削刀具设计与制造技术的发展现状。同时介绍了刀具安装调整、变形补偿、切削状态监控、刀位路径优化,以及刀具磨损和破损失效特征、机理与预报等微细切削刀具相关技术。
