Abstract:

A precise conveyance method, based on synchronous position control,was proposed to fulfill special requirements of positioning precision in discontinuous winding processes for flexible web.Two vision systems were used to survey and feedback the positioning errors.Iterative methods and positioning command counters make the four winding motors keep synchronous.The PMAC finally implemented the precise conveyance in the discontinuous winding process.The data gathered from the testing platform,
presents that this conveyance strategy is effectual in precise feeding for discontinuous winding systems, and suffice the RFID packaging equipment.

摘要:

针对非连续进给工况下柔性基材输送系统对定位精度的需求,提出了一种基于位置同步控制方法的四轴卷绕进给策略。该方案采用两套视觉系统对柔性基材间歇进给工况中的定位误差进行监测和反馈,并运用迭代、同步计算的方法保持4台卷绕电机的进给位置指令的同步,最后通过可编程多轴控制卡协调实现对多轴卷绕系统的非连续精确定位进给控制。实验设备的运行数据表明,该控制方法可以较好地实现柔性基材非连续进给中的精确定位,满足RFID封装设备中天线基材输送系统的精确进给需求。
