面向动态订单的产品BOM模型构建与求解方法研究

Abstract:

In order to respond quickly to customer needs,this paper put forward an order-orientated BOM model. Firstly,the similarity matrix was built among customer orders and cases of parts and assemblies, and then the ideal components were obtained. Secondly, configurable products were retrieved from product database based on the main parameters. Finally, the products having maximum similarity to the demands of customers were acquired by using the utility function. The practical application of the model indicates that it can makes the BOM quickly,and benefits the efficiency and quality of product design.

摘要:

为了快速响应客户订单定制要求,提出了一种面向动态订单的产品BOM模型构建方法。该方法首先根据客户性能需求与零部件实例的关系,设计了相关度矩阵,计算出理想的产品零部件;其次根据主要需求参数,从数据库中检索出可选配置产品;最后利用效用函数,求解出与客户订单需求相似度最大的产品。该模型的实际应用表明,它不仅能快速配置出订单型BOM,还有利于提高产品设计的效率和质量。
