Abstract:

Some factors which could affect the Bumpy-ridge coefficient were experimented. On a series of experiments, it is found that Bumpy-ridge coefficient is obviously larger than friction coefficient. To a degree, various figures of interactions between Bumpy-ridge structures will affect Bumpy-ridge coefficient. As the pre-force is improved, Bumpy-ridge coefficient will increase to a steady value therefore. The alternative load will not destroy Bumpy-ridge connection. Instead, it is helpful to the self-adaptive effect of Bumpy-ridge structure. In practice, Bumpy-ridge structure has been successfully applied to several engineering projects.

摘要:

对重型装备中坎合因数的影响因素进行了实验研究。实验发现:坎合因数明显大于摩擦因数;坎合面界的形式对坎合因数有较大影响;随着坎合面法向预紧力的增大,坎合因数逐渐增大到一个稳定值;交变的加载不会恶化坎合效果,反而有助于坎合峰的自适应作用。在工程实践中,坎合结构已经获得了应用。
