滚滑复合被动关节的理论解析与实验研究

Abstract:

A kind of rolling-slipping compound passive joint with the characteristics of bearing rolling pair and paste-plastic slipping pair was studied and designed.It can enhance the moment bearing capability and motion stability of passive joints used for parallel mechanisms.An analytic solution method for the deformation of the joint was established,which forms the basis
for the design of passive joints.Analytic calculation and experimental test for a rolling-slipping compound passive joint were carried out.The application method of the joint was given out and the joint is used in the hybrid NC machine tools.

摘要:

研究设计了一种滚滑复合单R被动关节,该关节兼备轴承滚动副和贴塑滑动副的特点,可提高并联机构R被动关节抗弯矩的能力,且可使其回转运动精度的稳定性得到改善。对所研制的单R被动关节进行理论解析和实验研究,建立了一种关节在弯曲载荷作用下的变形简化的求解方法,并在所研发的混联数控机床VC80上进行了应用。
