复杂产品变型设计及其参数传递方法研究

Abstract:

To deal with 3-dimensional and finite element variant design and analysis for complicated products,the modeling approach for products and parameter transfer structure were researched,parameter transfer rules adaptive for complicated product variant design were proposed,the affection relationship among parameters for model variant was raveled. The variant design platform for complicated products was introduced, and complicated product variant design and analysis were realized. The variant design platform of sluice gate gantry crane was developed, and as an example, all methods were applied and verified.

摘要:

针对基于三维模型和有限元模型的复杂产品的变型与分析,研究了产品模型建模方法和参数传递结构,提出了适合复杂产品变型设计的参数传递规则,确定了模型参数之间的相互影响关系;介绍了复杂产品变型设计平台,实现了复杂产品的变型设计与分析。以开发的门式启闭机变型设计平台为例,对提出的方法进行了验证。
