Abstract:

Aiming at the situations in the large equipment manufacturing systems, a production operating mode of equipment integration was proposed. The five-level architecture of the mode was constructed, which consisted of objectives, process execution, information interaction, status analysis, information collection. On the basis of these, the framework of the platform for the information collection and interaction was established, which is one of the key support systems of the mode. The example in the shop floor manufacturing system of metallurgic equipment illustrates the application of the mode.

摘要：

针对定制型大型装备制造系统具有的订单驱动和涉及大量大型复杂零件的加工制造等两大特征及由此带来的生产过程的复杂状况，提出了一种生产设备集成运行的模式，从目标层、业务执行层、信息交互层、状态分析层以及信息采集层5个层次构建了该运行模式的总体框架，在此基础上，建立了生产设备集成运行的信息采集与交互平台框架以支持该模式的运行。结合某冶金装备的车间制造系统，对该模式进行了应用实践。
