Abstract:

A new multiresponse robust design method was put forward on the basis of the combination of Taguchi signaltonoise function and technique for order preference by similarity to ideal solution(TOPSIS) method.The drawback of the comprehensive signal-to-noise method which weighed each characteristic equally was modified,and the application of TOPSIS method was extended to meet all of the three types of quality characteristics.A typical case study with the above hybrid strategy is showed that the new method is more effective.

摘要:

将田口信噪比函数与逼近理想解的排序方法(TOPSIS)相结合对多元稳健设计问题进行优化,改进了综合信噪比法对各质量特性平均赋权的不足,并将TOPSIS法在稳健设计中的应用范围推广到产品质量特性的三种类型,最后以一个典型算例说明了该方法的有效性。
